As we navigate the crazy journey that is building a business, there will be moments we have to decide between two or more options. We have to make a Choice.

I think this is a really important word, as it implies a sense of responsibility to a situation. Whether we choose to Respond versus React, there’s no two ways about it, we are still making a Choice.

Be Intentional.
Be Thoughtful.
Be Accountable.

I love the phrase “Be accountable to the energy you bring to others.” It’s not IF we bring energy, it’s what type of energy we make the Choice to bring.
