As we’re building our business, there are plenty of places we can put our time, energy, and money. In short, areas where we can Invest.
Sometimes it’s time into a new teammate. Sometimes its emotional capital navigating a difficult client situation. Many times it’s financial as cash flow gets tight. Different seasons will require different Investments.
Invest Time.
Invest Energy.
Invest Money.
If we can keep in mind that it’s the long game that counts, that we’re playing chess and not checkers, it will help us view these moments as true Investments.
