16 Jun The Power of Mentorship for Business Growth
Find, Engage, and Learn from Industry Leaders
There are times we need Cheerleaders in our corner. Especially early on. At some point, we need a mentor—someone who offers both wisdom and encouragement and has done what you’re trying to do. A Mentor.
There are plenty of people in your industry who have “been there, done that.” They’ve had plenty of failures, but probably also gotten a lot of things right. In either case, there is a lot we can learn.
Find Them.
Engage Them.
Learn from Them.
The best part is that you, too, someday might be a Mentor to others. And it might end up being one of the most gratifying roles you’ll ever play.
If you don’t currently have a Mentor, who can you reach out to this week to begin a conversation?
