Anyone that knows me professionally knows I love to create something from nothing. I love to take an idea and turn it into a business model. I love to Build.

I think most business owners probably feel the same way. Or at least those that should be business owners. (Insert heart-felt talk here). And while we may love the dirt and grime of what we build, we have to be careful how we build.

With Purpose.
With Humility.
With Perseverance.

I think there are differences between Business Owners, Business Operators, and us – the Business Builders. But we have to Build the right way. Or what we’re left with is a sandcastle that’s easily swept away with the sea.
