Strengthen Your Leadership Through Intentional Reflection

The Power of Trust in Business

There are a handful of topics most business books focus on, and leadership and trust are often at the top of the list.

If you’re like me, you’ve had seasons of being surrounded by people who believe in the way you’re leading. And moments where you wonder how you’ll ever get it back. When we get our teeth kicked in by a challenging situation, it can be so hard to remember to Trust.

Trust your Gut.
Trust your Head.
Trust your Heart.

To get back to a place of Trust with yourself, be intentional about checking in with yourself. With what’s weighing on your heart. With what’s logical in your mind. With what your body is trying to tell you. We can do the work of Trust if we’ll just stop to listen.

What is one relationship you need to make an effort to rebuild some Trust with?
