Balancing Work and Family Priorities as a Business Leader

Balancing Work and Family Priorities as a Business Leader

Long hours really bind people together. We’re all humans, and social by nature.

We can find connection in different areas of our life, giving us the opportunity to be part of other people’s lives in a sincere and fulfilling way. We can end up with several different groups that are special. And unique. They’re Family.

Our Office Family.
Our Peer Family.
Our Home Family.

As you might imagine, it’s that last one that’s the most important. It’s also one that can unfortunately lose its priority as we’re building a business.

What is one thing you can do this week to remind your Home Family they matter the most?
